<p><strong>J41H直通式国标法兰截止阀</strong>的进出口通道在同一方向上，呈180°。这种结果形式使流动状态的破坏程度相对较小，因此通过阀门的压力损失也相应减少。虽然进出口连接是在一条直线上，但其流体必须有90°转弯，方可通过阀座，然后再转90°才能返回到原来的方向，因此，流量损失要高于<a title="闸阀" href="http://www.valve86.com/valves/zhafa/" target="_blank">闸阀</a>，但密封更好。由于其内部通道结构，直通式法兰截止阀不能用杆状物来清洁，也不适用于固体或污水的输送。</p>

<h3>法兰截止阀型号J41H 和 J41T的区别?</h3>
<p>在阀体材质相同的情况下，J41H表示该阀采用合金钢密封面，J41T表示密封面采用铜合金。但是，这两个型号的混淆基本都存在于铸铁阀体，因为碳钢或不锈钢阀体都采用的是合金钢或硬质合金密封。而铸铁阀体大都情况采用铜合金密封，很多厂家没有生产合金钢的铸铁法兰闸阀，更有无良厂家直接以J41T代替J41H卖给客户，因为该两款产品存在一定的差价，J41H直通式截止阀要贵于J41T直通式截止阀。</p>

<p>天沃出品的<strong>美标截止阀</strong>符合美国国家标准学会（ANSI）标准和美国石油协会（API）标准，阀体外形为桶形或流线型造型美观，关闭件与阀座密封面采用锥面密封，关闭力小、耐冲刷、密封可靠，并且阀座可以更换，可任意组合与关闭密封面材料的配对，以满足工况的要求，延长使用寿命。</p>
<p>美标截止阀适用于公称压力Class150～900Lb，工作温度-29～550℃的石油、化工、制药、化肥、电力行业等各种工况的管路上，切断或接通管路介质。驱动方式有手动、齿轮传动、电动、气动等。</p>

<p class="cuti">阀杆与阀瓣的连接设计合理</p>
<p class="tousuojin">阀杆头部与阀瓣采用“T”型结构连接，由螺阀杆头部设计为球面，具有一定的硬度，阀瓣内设有较软材质的推力垫；并在阀杆、阀瓣、压盖间留有一定的间隙；阀瓣密封面为锥形，使得阀瓣在阀杆的推力作用下更好地找准中心，与阀座密封面实现可靠的密封。</p>
<p class="cuti shang10">符合BS、API标准的上密封结构</p>
<p class="tousuojin">阀盖上设有可更换的上密封结构，在<a title="阀门" href="http://www.valve86.com/" target="_blank">阀门</a>全开的时候与阀杆上的密封面形成可靠的密封，防止介质的外漏。阀杆采用1Cr13或2Cr13不锈钢，经过调质热处理后使其最小硬度达到HB200，表面粗糙度经过外圆磨床加工达到0.8。阀杆头部整体锻造，增加其抗拉强度，确保阀杆头部不会因应力集中而断裂。</p>
<p class="cuti shang10">轻松的扭矩传递结构</p>
<p class="tousuojin">DN20～250的小口径低压力的美标截止阀采用阀杆旋杆上升结构，阀杆螺母选用高镍球铁或铜合金，硬度比阀杆小HB50左右，可以减少力在传递过程中的损耗；大口径、高压力阀门可在阀杆螺母上下加上推力轴承，同时设有油杯结构，可定期加入固体油脂，保持润滑，使阀门始终具有较轻的扭矩。</p>
<p class="cuti shang10">设计合理的防外漏填料函</p>
<p class="tousuojin">填料压盖和填料压套是分体设计，球面结合，能自动保持同心度，使得阀杆在上下运动时没有刮伤。填料压套设有阶梯以防陷入填料函内。阀杆的螺纹尾部始终在填料之上，防止运动时带出填料。这样的填料函确保<a title="截止阀" href="http://www.valve86.com/valves/jiezhifa/" target="_blank">截止阀</a>没有外漏，符合环何要求。</p>

<p class="tousuojin">1、与闸阀相比，截止阀的结构较简单，制造与维修都较方便。</p>

<p class="tousuojin">3、启闭时阀瓣行程较小，启闭时问较短、阀门高度较小。</p>

<p>天沃公司生产有国标、美标、<strong>德标波纹管密封截止阀</strong>，以其优异的密封性能，在无菌生产流程以及危险有毒流体等方面得到广泛应用。虽然金属波纹管的确允许非常少量的的气体渗透进金属，但在103bar的工艺压力下，测得甲烷的泄漏率低于2.8E-6mm<sup>3</sup>/s。在该泄漏下，流过1m<sup>3</sup>将花费1100万年。因此，如果保证该<a title="截止阀" href="http://www.valve86.com/valves/jiezhifa/" target="_blank">截止阀</a>焊接完整性的情况下，可以很容易地满足泄漏率低于100ppm的规定要求。</p>
