<p>天沃出品的<strong>气动蝶阀</strong>采用AT、GT、AW等系列气动执行机构，满足不同口径、不同扭矩的蝶阀，配以电磁阀、限位开关、三联件、阀门定位器等附件可以实现不同的控制功能。</p>
<p>气动蝶阀主要做截断阀使用，也可以用作调节控制（不建议用于控制误差小的工况），而蝶阀的结构原理尤其适合制作成大口径阀门，因此在低压大中口径管道上得到越来越多的应用，不仅在石油、煤气、化工、水处理等一般工业上得到广泛应用，而且还应用于热电站的冷却水系统。</p>

			A：缸体外侧面2个独立行程限位调节螺栓在2个开关方向进行±5°调节，使执行器在全开位置或全关位置时与阀门开关位置保持一致；对于已安装在阀门上的执行器更是精确方便，<a title="调节阀" href="http://www.valve86.com/valves/tiaojiefa/" target="_blank">调节阀</a>开和阀关位置，如需全行程调节时则另外在两个端盖处配置较长调节螺钉。

			B：端盖采用高压铸铝，表面防腐热塑性涂料，一体式紧凑设计，所有单作用和双作用执行器都具有相同的缸体和缸盖，通过增加或拆除弹簧来改变作用方式。

			C：组合式预压缩安全弹簧组，不论在装配过程或使用现场中，都能方便而安全的安装或增减弹簧数量，不必担心弹簧弹出伤人。

<h3 class="h3beijing2">AW系列气动执行机构主要特点</h3>
<p>1、AW气动执行器分为双作用式和单作用式(弹簧复位)，两个分体气缸，容易制造大尺寸缸体。满足各种大型旋转类阀门的需求。</p>
<p>2、输出扭矩大，动作灵活平稳；缸体内壁和活塞轴镀硬铬，具有很好的抗磨性；所有滑动部件之间配有无油润滑轴和导向环以降低摩擦系数，延长使用寿命，AW气动执行器的U型曲线特性输出扭矩更适用于大口径<a title="球阀" href="http://www.valve86.com/valves/qiufa/" target="_blank">球阀</a>、<a title="蝶阀" href="http://www.valve86.com/valves/diefa/" target="_blank">蝶阀</a>。</p>
<p>3、回转角度：双作用式=90°，单作用式=90°从两端可调节角度±5°</p>
<p>4、工作环境温度：-20～90℃。</p>
<p>5、气源：过滤、干燥或加润滑油的洁净空气，最小气压0.4MPa，最大气压1.0MPa。</p>
<p>6、基本设计：气动双气缸双活塞拔叉传动机构。型号AWxx=双作用式；型号AWxxS=单作用式(弹簧复位)。</p>
<p>7、强大的附件功能：可配单(双)电控电磁阀、限位开关回讯器、电气定位器、气源处理三联件以及手动操作机构，完全实现自动或手动控制。</p>

			1、紧凑的双活塞齿轮齿条机构，灵活轻巧的双活塞连杆机构，角行程输出。

			2、缸体材料为压铸铝合金(铝合金采用硬质阳极氧化耐磨、防腐蚀、寿命长)。

			3、气源：过滤、干燥或加油润滑的洁净空气，最小压0.1MPa，最大压力1MPa。

			4、内表面的特殊处理保证最小摩擦及长久寿命。
			</p>
<p>
			5、采用低摩擦材料制成的滑动装置，避免了金属与金属的直接接触。
			</p>
<p>
			6、底面固定孔便于执行器与阀连接并使其对正，符合ISO5211/DIN3337标准。
			</p>
<p>
			7、底部装配孔为四方形，便于与阀杆连接并可旋转45°角安装。
			</p>
<p>
			8、供气孔符合NAMUR标准或符合NAMUR标准的转接板。
			</p>
<p>
			9、轴的顶部和顶部的孔符合NAMUR标准。
			</p>
<p>
			10、根据需要可安装位置指示器。
			</p>
<p>
			11、环境温度：标准型(使用丁腈橡胶O型圈)-20℃～+80℃；低温型(使用硅橡胶O型圈)-40℃～+80℃；高温型(使用氟橡胶O型圈)-20℃～+150℃
			</p>
<p>
			12、行程调整：在0°、90°位置有±4°的可调范围。
			</p>
<p>
			13、外部保护：抗腐蚀性达到可在盐雾状态下工作500小时，符合ASTMB117-73标准。

			14、所有出厂的执行器都进行了严格的测试，保证产品100％的合格。

<p><strong>ZSQ系列气动执行机构</strong>是天沃公司采用国外技术加以改进、设计开发的产品；它是控制<a title="阀门" href="http://www.valve86.com/" target="_blank">阀门</a>开关的动力源。它与定位器或限位开关、电磁阀配套使用，可实现过程开、关控制。气动执行机构采用压缩空气作动力源，通过活塞的往复带动曲臂进行回转，达到使阀门自动启闭。特别适用于造纸行业。</p>

<h3 class="h3beijing2">ZSQ系列气动执行机构工作原理</h3>
<p class="xia50">
		当压缩空气从气口A进入气缸活塞时，使活塞(3)推动活塞杆(4)向右移动，再通过连杆(7)带动曲臂(6)作逆时针方向旋转90度；反之当压缩空气从气口B进入气缸活塞时，使活塞(3)推动活塞杆(4)向左移动，再通过连杆(7)带动曲臂(6)作顺时针旋转90度。可以从两端调整微量角度(±50)，松动螺母拧动调节螺栓(1)调整到所需角度，锁紧螺母。

<h3 class="h3beijing2">ZSQ系列气动执行机构的特点</h3>
<p>1、气动执行器为双作用式。</p>
<p>2、气动执行机构采用活塞式气缸及曲臂转换结构，具有输出力矩大、体积小，采用全密封防水设计，防护等级高。</p>
<p>3、所有滑动部件采用进口边界轴承，氟碳导向带，保持最小摩擦力，并有效地抵抗磨损。</p>
<p>4、箱体采用刚性铸钢壳体，使得箱体具有很高的强度和韧性。</p>
<p>5、气缸采用进口不锈钢或铝合金镜面气缸，无油润滑，摩擦系数小，耐腐蚀，具有超强的耐磨性和可靠性。</p>
<p>6、可选择旋转方向顺时针旋转或逆时针旋转；两端调节螺丝可调节旋转角，可调节角度范围为-5°～+5°。</p>
<p>7、根据用户要求可提供单作用弹簧复位执行机构。</p>

<p>该<strong>气源处理三联件</strong>包括空气减压阀、过滤器、油雾器三大件。其中<a title="减压阀" href="http://www.valve86.com/valves/jianyafa/" target="_blank">减压阀</a>可对气源进行稳压，使气源处于恒定状态，可减少因气源气压突变时对阀门或执行器等硬物的损伤。过滤器用于对气源的清洁，可过滤压缩空气中的水份，避免水份随气体进入装置。油雾器可对机体运动部件进行润滑，可以不方便加润滑油的部件进行润滑，大大延长机体的使用寿命。</p>

<p>1、安装时请注意清洗连接管道及接头，避免赃物带入气路。</p>
<p>2、安装时请注意气体流动方向与本体上箭头所指方向是否一致，注意接管及接头牙型是否正确。</p>
<p>3、过滤器、调压阀(调压过滤器)给油器的固定：将固定支架的凸槽与本体上凹槽匹配，再用固定片及螺丝锁紧即可。</p>
<p>4、单独使用调压阀、调压过滤器时的固定：旋转固定环使之锁紧附带的专用固定片即可。</p>
<h3 class="h3beijing2">气源处理三联件&#8211;使用说明</h3>
<p>1、本过滤器排水有压差排水与手动排水二种方式。手动排水时当水位达到滤芯下方水平之前必须排出。</p>
<p>2、<a title="压力调节阀" href="http://www.valve86.com/zzyp-zilishi-yali-tiaojiefa.html" target="_blank">压力调节</a>时，在转动旋转钮前请先拉起来再旋转，压下旋转钮为定位。旋转钮向右为调高出口压力。调节压力时应逐步均匀地调至所需压力值，不应一步调节到位。</p>
<p>3、给油器的使用方法：给油器使用JIS K2213输机油(ISO Vg32或同级用油)。加油量请不要超过杯子八分满。数字0为油量最小，9为油量最大。自9-O位置不能旋转，必须时针旋转。</p>
<h3 class="h3beijing2">气源处理三联件&#8211;注意说明</h3>
<p>1、部分零件使用PC材质，禁止接近或在有机溶剂环境中使用。PC杯清洗请用中性清洗剂。</p>

<p class="kaozuo duanluo">2．首先松开法兰盘上的六角螺母，并将执行机构设在启动位置上，然后设定凸轮基准线盒轴承跨距调整臂的接触点使其达到匹配。</p>

<h3 class="h3beijing3">YT-1000系列电气阀门定位器&#8211;电气接线</h3>
<p class="duanluo">1、分别将调节器的(+)(-)输出端和定位器接线盒的(+)(-)输入断连接起来。</p>
<p class="duanluo">2、至于防爆型，压力密封导线管线连接型和压力密封充填型都可使适用。(1)在压力密封充填型中使用电缆密封套(电缆外径=90-11)。 (2)在导线管线连接型中使用PF1/2规格。</p>
<p class="duanluo">3、关上连接盒盖，锁上锁定螺丝。在接线板上有只备用螺栓。</p>

<p class="cuti">a、零位调整</p>
<p class="duanluo">1、将信号设定在；中程开始信号(4mA)，然后顺时针或逆时针转动零位调整器。</p>
<p class="duanluo">2、如果是弹簧执行机构，检查它是否设在零位标准压力上。如否，则重复进行零点调整。</p>

<p class="cuti">b、跨距调准</p>
<p class="duanluo">1、调整跨距范围以便执行机构分别按O％和100％输入信号停在冲程的O％和100％位置上。</p>
<p class="duanluo">2、检查零位，重复进行零位跨距调整。零位跨距调整采用1/2分隔范围。</p>
<p class="duanluo">3、之后，拧紧跨距调整锁定螺丝。</p>

<p class="cuti">c、自动/手动开关</p>
<p class="duanluo">1、这是自动/手动转换开关。出厂产品设在自动位置上。要用手动操作，逆时针转动该开关。</p>
<p class="duanluo">2、在手动操纵中，YT一1000调节器的压力连接到执行机构。</p>
<p class="duanluo">3、之后，将该开关回到”A”(自动)上。对单向动作OUT2和双向动作都不适用。</p>
<p class="cuti">d、支座调整器</p>
<p class="duanluo">1、无需调整，因为出厂前支座调整器已调整在输出压力的等压力位置上。</p>
<p class="duanluo">2、支座调整器常常用与双向动作型。如果需要改变输出压力的等压位置，使用支座调整器。</p>
<p class="duanluo">3、如果因执行机构负荷出现灵敏度差，顺时针转动支座调整器的螺丝。如果出现不稳定，则逆时针转动支座调整器的螺丝。(转动量因执行机构而异。此时，不要送开止动螺丝，因为它被设定来避免脱离支座调整器。)</p>
<p class="duanluo">4、如果因执行机构负载量小而出现不稳定，参照第6章中的选择方案。</p>

<p class="cuti">a、带输出口导阀</p>
<p class="tousuojin">1、在将定位器安装到小型执行机构时，可能出现不稳定。在这种情况下，使用有用于OUTl和OUT2的输出口的导阀。这种输出口是可移动的。</p>
<p class="tousuojin">2、输出口类型</p>
<p class="tousuojin">3、从OUTl和OUT2孔拉出O型环后，推入合适的输出口，然后再把O型环装到OUTl和OUT2上。安装输出口时，注意不要让灰尘和杂物进入孔内。</p>
<p class="tousuojin">4、如果即使在安装输出口后，仍然不稳定。请与我们联系。</p>
