<p><strong>ZMAN、ZMBN</strong>型气动薄膜双座调节阀是有两个阀座，流体通过阀芯与两个阀座之间的上下密封面流出，因而流通能力大，不平衡力小，具有结构简单、允许压差大、动作可靠等优点，适用于流量大，压差大，泄漏量要求不高、密封要求不严的场合。在石油、化工、冶金、电站等工业部门，它和<a title="调节阀" href="http://www.valve86.com/valves/tiaojiefa/" target="_blank">调节阀</a>等其它仪表配合，控制气体、液体、蒸汽等介质，使流量、压力、温度和液位等参数得到调节阀，从而实现生产过程自动化。</p>

<p>天沃<strong>电动软密封蝶阀</strong>按连接形式主要分为：法兰式、对夹式和突耳式。其阀体、阀板、阀轴为同心结构设计，具有结构简洁，流阻系数小，流量特性趋于直线，不会滞留杂物等特点，是管路优先选用的电控蝶阀。电动软密封蝶阀既可作切断介质用，又可作调节介质的流量用。特别适用于双向密封和阀体易锈蚀场合，选用不同材料的零件，配用不同材料的密封圈，可适应不同的介质、工况，使成本与性能达到最佳效果。</p>

<p><strong>气动软密封蝶阀</strong>是控制仪表中的执行器，广泛地应用在生产自动控制系统中，既可以现场操作也可以远距离操作，是控制系统中新常见控制阀，它能与DCS和PLC等主控系统联机实现工业流程的自动控制，由于蝶阀具有自清洗作用，所以特别适用于含有悬浮颗粒的流体介质，进行调节和切断。</p>

<p>DPl7E导阀型隔膜式减压阀是在导阀压力控制管中安装了电磁阀，可用远程的开关或计时器等操作电磁阀的开关，从而控制减压阀的开关。</p>

<h4>DP17R</h4>
<p class="xia20">DPl7R导阀型隔膜式减压阀是通过改变加在导阀膜片上的空气压力信号，可以实现远程对下游压力的连续控制。通常使用压缩空气调节器调节输入到导阀的控制信号。</p>
<h4>DP17T/DP17TE</h4>
<p>DPl7T导阀型压力/温度控制是在DPl7压力导阀侧附加安装了一个自作用温度控制导阀，使得该阀门同时具有控制压力和调节温度的功能。</p>
<p>当用于换热器时，该阀可将下游蒸汽压力限定在设定的压力范围内，同时控制换热器出口温度符合设定点的要求。</p>
<p>DPl7TE是在温度导阀压力控制导管上，附加安装了一个电磁阀，可远程操作电磁阀的开关，从而控制减压阀的开关。</p>

<h4>DPS17</h4>
<p>DPSl7是在导阀侧附加安装了一个溢流控制导阀，使该阀同时具有溢流和减压功能。</p>
<p class="xia20">主导阀装在主阀体上，控制下游压力。当上游压力高于溢流导阀设定值时打开主阀，同时减压导阀控制下游压力在设定值，当下游压力低于溢流导阀的设定值时，关闭主阀。这样在峰值负荷时可关闭不重要的用汽设备或维修重要设备用汽。</p>

<h3 class="h3beijing2">YK43F气体减压阀&#8211;结构说明和作用原理</h3>
<p class="tousuojin">l、本阀由主阀和导阀两部分组成，主阀体下部有下盖、主阀弹簧、主阀瓣，主阀瓣由主阀弹簧支撑，使主阀处于密封状态。主阀体上部有活塞、缸套等；当活塞受介质压力后，靠缸套导向推动主阀瓣，使<a title="阀门" href="http://www.valve86.com/" target="_blank">阀门</a>开启；导阀体内有导阀弹簧、导阀瓣，膜片等，导阀弹簧支撑导阀瓣，使导阀处于密封状态；导阀上盖内有调节弹簧、调节螺栓，便于调节所需的工作压力。</p>
<p class="tousuojin">2、本阀出厂时，主阀与导阀是关闭的，使用时，顺时针方向旋转调节螺栓，顶开导阀瓣，介质由“a”道通入导阀腔进入“S”道，靠介质压力推动活塞，使主阀瓣开启，介质流向阀后，同时由“B”道进入膜片下腔。当阀后压力超过调定压力时，推动膜片压缩调节弹簧，导阀渐渐关闭，流入活塞上部介质减少，活塞上升使主阀瓣在主阀弹簧的作用下也渐渐关闭，A腔流向B腔介质较少，阀后压力下降，阀后压力的微小变化，影响膜片和调节弹簧的平衡使膜片上下移动，推动导阀和活塞工作，使主阀上下移动控制介质流量，所以阀后压力保持稳定。</p>

<p class="p1">1、本阀安装前应仔细核对使用情况是否与标牌规定相符；</p>
<p class="p1">2、本阀安装在水平管道上，阀体所示箭头与介质流向应一致；</p>
<p class="p1">3、<a title="减压阀" href="http://www.valve86.com/valves/jianyafa/" target="_blank">减压阀</a>前后应该有一段直管，阀前O.6×DN以上，阀后1O×DN以上。</p>
<p class="p1">4、安装时应进行以下工作：(1)将阀门两端封盖取下；(2)检查连接螺栓，无松动；(3)阀前管道必须冲洗干净。</p>
<p class="p1">5、本阀在管路上只作减压用，不作截止用，使用介质必须经过过滤器过滤；</p>
<p class="p1">6、使用时，将调节螺钉顺时针方向缓慢旋转，使出口压力升至所需压力，调整后，将螺钉锁紧。</p>

<h3 class="h3beijing2">YK43F气体减压阀&#8211;调压方法</h3>
<p class="p1">1、关闭减压阀前的<a title="闸阀" href="http://www.valve86.com/valves/zhafa/" target="_blank">闸阀</a>，开启减压阀后的闸阀，制造下游低压环境：</p>
<p class="p1">2、将调节螺钉按逆时针旋转至最上位置(相对最低出口压力)，然后关闭减压阀后闸阀；</p>
<p class="p1">3、慢慢开启减压阀前的闸阀至全开；</p>
<p class="p1">4、顺时针缓慢旋转调节螺钉，将出口压力调至所需要的压力(以阀后表压为准)；调整好  后，将锁紧螺母锁紧，打开减压阀后闸阀：</p>
<p class="p1">5、如在调整时出口压力高于设定压力，须从第一步开始重新调整，即只能从低压向高压调：</p>

<p>先导活塞式蒸汽减压阀通过活塞来平衡压力，带动阀瓣运动，实现减压功能。该阀体积小，活塞所允许的行程较大，但由于活塞在缸体中的摩擦力较大，因此灵敏度比薄膜式减压阀低。另外，其制造工艺要求严格，特别是活塞、活塞环、缸体、副阀等零件，由于用在蒸汽减压阀上，这些零件受热后的膨胀间隙不易控制，易产生卡住或漏汽现象，更影响它的灵敏度。尽管如此，这种结构的减压阀仍使用很广，特别是当介质温度较高时，薄膜式减压阀由于耐高温的薄膜材料难以解决，所以选用活塞式减压阀用于蒸汽管道。</p>

<h3>活塞式减压阀检修内容有哪些？</h3>
<p>先导活塞式减压阀的常见故障主要为减压性能失灵及阀体与阀盖、端盖连接处渗漏两方面。在运行中的减压阀发生故障需要检修时，应先关闭该阀两侧的<a title="截止阀" href="http://www.valve86.com/valves/jiezhifa/" target="_blank">截止阀</a>，暂时有旁通管工作。平时应定期对减压阀进行检查修理，减少故障发生率。活塞式减压阀定期检查的内容是：检查主阀、脉冲阀的磨损情况，弹簧及膜片是否疲劳，气缸是否磨损或腐蚀，活塞环是否失去涨力等。</p>

<p>Y42AX水用<a title="直接作用式减压阀" href="http://www.valve86.com/bowenguan-jianyafa.html" target="_blank">直接作用式减压阀</a>是在Y42X型的基础上，以活塞代替膜片的压力调节阀。比膜片式提高寿命三倍以上。口径小于DN50的建议选用Y110和Y116(螺纹连接)的隔膜型减压阀；口径大于等于DN50的建议选用Y42AX(法兰连接)的活塞型减压阀。该类阀门属于<a title="可调式减压阀" href="http://www.valve86.com/200p-ketiaoshi-jianyafa.html" target="_blank">可调式减压阀</a>，阀后的压力可根据需要调节，投入使用后阀后压力始终减至并稳定在设定值，不因阀前压力、流量的波动而改变。<a title="阀门" href="http://www.valve86.com/" target="_blank">阀门</a>选材优质，性能可靠，使用寿命长。</p>
<p>作为弹簧薄膜式减压阀的换代产品，Y42AX系列弹簧活塞式减压阀具有以下优点：</p>
<p>1、使用寿命长，不存在膜片损坏的问题。</p>
<p>2、耐高压，出口压力高时，薄膜片就不行了，而活塞式可适应很高的出口压力。</p>

<p>1、本阀通过启闭件的节流，造成压力损失迫使进口压力在出口处降低某一个需要值，当流量和压力变化时，利用本身介质能量来控制出口压力基本不变的目的。</p>
<p>2、本阀介质走向由上进下出，当调节出口压力时，顺时针旋转调节螺栓，迫使活塞向下移动，打开主阀，改变节流面积，造成压力损失，实现减压。由于阀后介质通过“X”通道流入活塞下腔并与活塞上方保持平衡，当压力和流量变化时，使主阀节流面积始终保持相应位置，由于本阀采用卸荷机构，减小了进口压力变化对出口压力的影响，同时加大了出口压力作用面积，即加大敏感元件作用面积，从而减小了阀门出口压力偏差，大大提高了<a title="减压阀" href="http://www.valve86.com/valves/jianyafa/" target="_blank">减压阀</a>的稳压精度。</p>

<h3 class="h3beijing2">直接作用薄膜式减压阀补充说明</h3>
<p>薄膜式减压阀的敏感度较高，因为它没有活塞的摩擦力。与活塞式减压阀相比，薄膜行程比较小，且容易损坏；一般薄膜用橡胶或聚四氟乙烯制造，因此使用温度受到限制。当工作温度和工作压力较高时，薄膜就需用铜或奥氏体不锈钢制造。所以，薄膜式减压阀在水、空气等温度与压力不高的条件下使用较为普遍。</p>

<p>1、安装前应仔细核对使用情况是否与标牌规定相符。</p>
<p>2、本阀可以水平安装，又可以垂直安装，阀体所示箭头须与介质流向一致。</p>
<p>3、安装时要清洗内腔和内腔零件，检查连接螺钉是否均匀拧紧，阀前管道必须冲洗干净。</p>
<p>4、直接作用式水用减压阀在管道上只作减压用，不作截止用，使用介质必须经过过滤器过滤。</p>

<h3 class="h3beijing2">直接作用薄膜式水用减压阀&#8211;调压方法</h3>
<p>1、关闭减压阀前的阀门，开启减压阀后的阀门，制造下游低压环境。</p>
<p>2、卸下减压阀上端的防护罩把调节螺钉按逆时针旋转至最上位置（相对最低出口压力），然后关闭减压阀后截断阀。</p>
<p>3、慢慢开启减压阀前的截断阀至全开。</p>
<p>4、顺时针缓慢旋转调节螺钉，将出口压力调至所需要的压力（以阀后压力表为准）调整好后，将锁紧螺母背紧，拧上防护罩，打开减压阀阀后截断阀。</p>
<p>5、如调压过头，须从第一步开始重调，即只能从低压往高压调。</p>
