<p><strong>ZDLP电子式电动单座调节阀</strong>是由电子式电动执行机构和单座型<a title="调节阀" href="http://www.valve86.com/valves/tiaojiefa/" target="_blank">调节阀</a>组成，电动执行机构内有伺服系统，无须另配伺服放大器，有输入讯号及电源即可控制运转，连线简单。电子式执行器输出推力，通过改变阀门开度，来控制被调介质的流量，达到对压力、温度、流量或夜位等参数的自动控制。从而使生产过程按预定的要求正常运行，实现生产过程自动化。单座型调节阀采用一个密封面，因此泄漏量小，但作用在阀杆上的不平衡推力大，适用于压差小、流量小，泄漏量严格的工况。</p>
<p>天沃公司与国内多家老牌电动执行器厂家保持战略合作关系，在无特殊注明情况下，我们生产的ZDLP电子式电动单座调节阀全部采用381L系列电子式电动执行器，亦可根据客户需求装配3610L或PSL系列执行器，也可装配国外进口执行器。</p>

<h3 class="h3beijing2">【电子式电动调节阀使用维护、安装说明】</h3>
<p>1、电子式电动执行机构的使用和维护请参阅说明书。</p>
<p>2、电子式电动调节阀出厂调整是当输入信号从4～20mA变化时阀芯应由下向上（或由上向下）移动全行程。运行前应检查电源电压及所有的接线是否符合。</p>
<p>3、电子式电动调节阀应安装在环境-10～80℃，相对湿度≤95%，无腐蚀性气体的环境中。安装时应考虑到手动操作及维修拆装的方便。</p>
<p>4、电子式电动调节阀安装在管道上之前，应清楚管道内的污物、焊屑、铁皮以及其他外来物质，以免运行时发生卡滞和损坏阀芯、阀座。</p>
<p>5、电子式电动调节阀安装时应使介质流向与阀体指示方向一致，当调节阀公称通径和管道内径不同时，应用渐缩管件。接合处不允许有松动间隙，减速器法兰支架上的限位块更不能松动和随便拆装。</p>
<h3 class="h3beijing2">【ZDLP电子式电动调节阀的特点说明】</h3>
<p>1、ZDLP电动单座调节阀为直通低流阻单座上、下双导向式结构，它由一个阀座和一个柱塞形阀芯组成，具有密闭性能好，适用于对介质泄漏量及调节精度有严格要求的场合，但由于阀结构上的原因，上下阀杆的不平衡力较大，尤其在公称通径大的工况下更为明显，因而该阀只适合于工作压差较小的场合。</p>
<p>2、ZDLP电子式电动调节阀是自动化控制系统中仪表的执行单元，以AC220V电源电压作动力，接受来自DCS、PLC系统或调节仪表、操作器等输入的（4-20mA、0-10mA或1-5VDC）电流信号或电压信号，即可控制运转，采用机电一体化结构，具有机内伺服操作和开度信号位置反馈、位置指示、手动操作等功能，功能强、性能可靠、连线简单、调节精度高，以直行程输出的推力改变阀门开度位移，达到对流体介质的工艺参数精确调节控制。</p>
<p>3、通过改变阀芯形状的设计；不同的阀芯形状会得到不同流量特性值：等百分比（对数）性、直线特性；ZDLP电子式电动调节阀广泛应用于化工、石油、冶金、电站、轻纺、造纸和制药等工业生产过程的自动化调节和远程控制。</p>

<h3>单座调节阀的特点是什么？</h3>
<p>单座调节阀阀体内只有一个阀芯和阀座，DN≥25时，阀芯为双导向（现在的精小型单座调节阀已改为单导向）；DN≤25时，阀芯为单导向。其特点如下：①由于只有一个阀芯，所以容易保证密封、泄漏量小，但不能完全切断。其标准泄漏为0.01%Kv，因此适用于泄漏量要求小的场合。当其进一步设计后，可作为切断阀使用。②正因为只有一个阀芯，压差对阀芯产生的不平衡推力大。</p>
<h3>ZDLP电动单座调节阀有几种作用模式？</h3>
<p>ZDLP电动单座调节阀有两种作用模式：</p>
<p>1、正作用（型号中以字母B表示）：电闭式-常开型（当电信号增大时阀位向下位移）；</p>

<p><strong>ZDLN电子式电动双座调节阀</strong>由电子式电动执行机构和双导向调节机构组成（天沃公司根据客户不同需求，装配3810系列、3610系列、PSL系列等执行机构），电动执行机构内有伺服系统，无须另配伺服放大器，有输入信号及电源即可控制运转，连线简单。调节机构具有不平衡力很小，允许压差大，流通能力大等特点，适用于泄漏量要求不严格、动态稳定性好、高压、高压差及流体介质中含淤浆易堵的工况场合。</p>

<p><strong>ZDLQ、ZDLX电子式电动三通合流/分流调节阀</strong>主要用于将一股进口流体分成二股出口流体或者二股进口流体合成一股出口流体，即ZDLQ电动三通合流调节阀和ZDLX电动三通分流调节阀，在某些场合可以替代两个二通阀和三个三通接管而得到广泛应用，常用于热交换器的两相调节及简单的配比调节。</p>
<p><P>天沃公司生产的电子式电动三通合流/分流调节阀标配为3810系列执行机构，如果客户注明需求，也可以装配3610系列、PSL系列等执行机构以及国外进口执行器。</P></p>
