<p><strong>耐磨陶瓷球阀</strong>的球体、阀座及介质流过表面均采用陶瓷制造，特别适用在磨损比较苛刻的场合。主要特点有：</p>
<p>1、陶瓷材料的化学稳定性和硬度极高（洛氏硬度HRC90），仅次于金刚石。因此，陶瓷球阀具有极高的耐磨损、耐腐蚀性能，且隔热性好、热膨胀小。</p>
<p>2、球体采用先进研磨设备及工艺制造，球圆度精度高，表面质量好，与阀座对研后，利用Zr02陶瓷的自滑润性，可取得很好的密封性能。</p>
<p>3、陶瓷良好的耐磨性，让本阀经久耐用，可靠性极高，使用寿命长，是钛合金和蒙乃尔的2-4倍。</p>
<p>4、用于高硬度的颗粒介质，或有软颗粒但又有腐蚀的介质中，本阀门具有无可比拟的绝对优势。</p>

			传统工艺配管方式实现冷却正反循环供水，该装置所占空间大、成本高、操作烦琐（每次切换需操作四个<a title="阀门" href="http://www.valve86.com/" target="_blank">阀门</a>）、正向供水时阀1、3开启，阀2、4关闭；反向供水时阀2、4开启，阀1、3关闭。（见图1）采用四通球阀替代该工艺管汇和阀组的工作原理，简化程序、方便操作、降低成本、便于控制、同步性好（见图2）。

<p class="h3beijing2">手动浮动球阀的开、关指示</p>
<p class="duanluo">球体、阀杆、手柄是阀门的运动部件，是一个装配单元，阀杆头部采用扁方结构，能从手柄所处位置很容易辨出阀门是处于开启位置或关闭位置。当手柄或阀杆扁方与管道轴线平行时，阀门处于开启位置；当手柄或阀杆扁方管道轴线垂直时，阀门处于关闭位置。</p>
<p class="h3beijing2">防止误操作结构</p>
<p class="duanluo">对安装在野外或防止非工作人员误操作，以及在有些震动较大的场合手柄受到撞击易产生误动作的阀门，在阀门的全开或全关的位置设有锁定孔，需要时可加锁，起到安全保险作用。</p>

<p class="duanluo">阀杆采用防飞出结构设计，即使在阀腔异常升压以及填料压板失效等极端情况下，也能保证阀杆不会被介质吹出。阀杆采用有倒密封的下装式结构设计，倒密封的密封力随着介质压力的增高而增大，故能在各种压力下均能确保阀杆的可靠密封。</p>
<p class="h3beijing2">防静电结构</p>
<p class="duanluo">根据用户要求，<a title="球阀" href="http://www.valve86.com/valves/qiufa/" target="_blank">球阀</a>可以设有防静电结构。采用弹簧一柱塞式静电引出装置，使球体与阀体之间直接形成静电通道（对于DN≤25的球阀）或通过阀杆使球体和阀体之间形成静电通道（对于DN≥32的球阀）。从而可将球体与阀座开关过程中摩擦产生的静电通过阀体引到大地，防止静电火花可能引起的火灾或爆炸等危险。</p>

<p class="duanluo">当发生火灾时，填料、阀座等非金属将被烧坏，大量泄漏的介质可能会促使火势蔓延、扩大，这时阀门的防火结构可阻挡介质大量泄漏。如图，一旦阀座被烧坏，球体将直接与阀体上的金属面接触，从而阻止介质大量从烧损的阀座处泄漏。防火防静电的机构设计符合API607、JB/T6899和BS6755等要求。</p>

<p class="duanluo">阀体与左体的联接部位是靠垫片密封，为防止由于火灾、高温或震动等因素引起的该处密封泄漏，特设计为阀体与左体金属-金属接触，形成止口法兰，保证无外漏。</p>

<p class="duanluo">公司多年来的球阀制造经验与国际先进技术的结合而设计的双线密封结构，可自然泄压阀座，能保证高、低压和真空状态下的可靠密封。当介质压力运行在低压区时，阀座密封圈与球体接触面积较小，故有较大的密封比压，确保阀座可靠密封，当介质压力运行在较高位时，阀座密封圈与球体的接触面积增大，故阀座密封圈能承受较大的介质推力而不会损坏。对于工作压力很低的球阀，考虑到介质压力不能确保阀座的可靠密封，而预紧力长期使用后会衰退，故对于低压，超低压或真空工况用球阀，采用板簧加载的阀座密封结构，确保球阀长期可靠的密封。中、高温球阀的阀座密封结构，采用对位聚苯作为密封圈可用于300~C的温度，而采用金属密封耐高温组合材料结构设计的球阀可用于更高的温度。这种结构具有单向密封功能。</p>

<p class="duanluo">当滞留在阀门中腔的介质由于管道系统压力或介质温度等因素引起的变化，从而出现中腔压力异常升高时，中腔介质能依靠本身的推力推动阀座而自动泄压，从而确保阀门的安全。</p>

<p class="duanluo">天沃生产的浮动球阀有全通径和缩径两个系列，以满足用户的不同要求。全通径球阀的通道内径与管线内径一致，流体阻力最小，并便于管道清扫。而缩径系列球阀的重量只有相同口径球阀的70%左右，能有效降低成本和价格，而其流体阻力系数只有相同口径<a title="截止阀" href="http://www.valve86.com/valves/jiezhifa/" target="_blank">截止阀</a>的1/7左右，故缩径球阀在国外得到广泛的使用。</p>

<p><strong>金属硬密封球阀</strong>的球体表面采用超声速喷涂碳化钨或采用羰基法热喷涂镍基纳米粉，使球体表面硬度达到60HRC以上，阀座整体采用硬质材料或堆焊硬质合金，因此在<a title="阀门" href="http://www.valve86.com/" target="_blank">阀门</a>启闭过程中能很好的经受磨损，并承受介质冲刷。由于填料采用柔性石墨，垫片采用柔性石墨不锈钢缠绕式垫片，故能应用高温工况。</p>
<p>任何采用金属硬密封阀座的球阀都归类于金属硬密封球阀，这里仅介绍最常用的浮动球式金属硬密封球阀和固定球式金属硬密封球阀。</p>

<h3 class="h3beijing2">夹套保温球阀补充说明</h3>
<p>夹套保温球阀具有良好的保温、保冷特性，除缩径保温球阀外，阀门的通径和管径一至，介质呈直线流动，阻力小，能有效降低管路中介质热量的损失，因此，对容易凝固、高粘度的液体介质具有优良的性能。除两片式保温球阀外，阀体全部采用整体式夹套设计，更能均匀地保温、保冷。夹套、阀体外侧与夹套接管焊接，允许蒸汽或冷水的最高压力为1MPa。</p>
<p>浮动保温球阀采用单面弹性密封圈或V型槽弹性密封圈结构设计，当介质压力较小时，密封圈与球体的接触面较小，故有较大的密封比压，确保可靠密封，介质压力圈套时，密封圈与球体接触面积增大，故密封圈能承较大的介质推力而不会损坏。浮动保温球阀采用的聚四氟乙烯等密封圈具有良好的自润滑性，与球体摩擦损小，因此使用寿命长。</p>
