<p>PVDF隔膜阀主要采用聚偏氟乙烯材料，简称PVDF。该材料是60年代发展的含氟塑料之一，它是用三氟乙烯、氢氟酸与锌粉等作用形成单体，再经聚合生成白色结晶固体，属均聚物。</p>
<p>PVDF材料结合隔膜阀特有的结构优点：阀体与盖被中间隔膜开，使得隔膜上方的阀盖，阀杆等到零件不受介质侵蚀；弹性密封的开闭件，确保没有内漏；没有填料函，因此没有外漏；因此非常适合于除盐酸、强溶剂外的所有盐、酸、碱、芳烃、卤素等介质。</p>

<p>PVDF分子结构规整性较大，分子中氟原子和氢原子大小相似，高分子链的排列紧密，并存在着较强的氢键效应，因此聚合物的拉伸强度，压缩强度及冲击韧性等都比较大。PVDF的熔点较低（170℃左右），因此加工性能良好，成型方便，可用一般热塑料加工方法（如注射、模压、挤出、吹塑等工艺成型）。它是氟塑料中唯一能制成硬管的材料，广泛应用在化工管道、泵、阀、垫片、衬里等。</p>
<p>PVDF的化学稳定性良好，具有优良的耐化学腐蚀性和良好的耐热稳定性，可在此-62℃～150℃温度范围内长期使用。同时解电常数大，是良好的绝缘材料之一。不然、耐疲折断、抗磨损、自润滑性能好。由于进口燃料，价格昂贵，虽然第一次投入较大，但其价格已经远远低于进口管材，并以其优良的耐腐蚀性能，无与伦比的使用寿命、安全系数高、减少维修、将给你带来显著的综合性积极效益。</p>

<p>1、复合隔膜将阀体下部内腔与阀盖内腔隔开，并与之形成直流通道，使隔膜上部的阀杆、阀瓣等内件与介质完全隔离，省去填料密封结构，介质的内漏可同时避免；</p>
<p>2、利用FEP氟塑料与合成橡胶复合而成的隔膜和带有Teflon氟塑料衬里层的阀门，可适于除“熔融碱金属、元素氟”外的各种强腐蚀性介质。</p>
<p>3、做为执行元件的膜片，由于频繁的启闭，易产生疲劳断裂，应视工况、介质和特性，进行定期更换。</p>

<p><strong>英标气动隔膜阀</strong>由执行结构和阀体两部分组成。执行结构分正作用式（簧开型）和反作用式（簧关型）两种。当气源孔通入气压使执行结构的推杆向下运动的为正作用式；推杆向上运动的为反作用式。</p>
<p>无论气关和气开式<a title="隔膜阀" href="http://www.valve86.com/valves/gemofa/" target="_blank">隔膜阀</a>，每种公称调节的阀都可以和不同的执行结构相选配，这样可以使阀应用于各种不同的工作介质压力，当介质压力较低时时选用较小的执行结构、体重小重量轻，经济合理。</p>

<p>G941W、<strong>G941J电动隔膜阀</strong>是由电动执行结构与堰式隔膜阀组成，阀体可无衬里或衬胶、衬氟等工艺，以适用不同的介质。</p>
<p>电动隔膜阀的启闭是由电动装置的连接轴驱动阀杆螺母，使阀杆作轴向运动，并以此带动阀瓣升降，而达到阀门的开启或关闭。当电源发生故障而中断时，且阀门急需启闭的紧急状况下，首先应将手—电动切换手柄转换至刻有手动标记的位置上，然后可通过旋转手轮使闪门启闭。当顺时针方向旋转时，阀门即可关闭；反之则开启。当需恢复电动操作时，必须将切换手柄转换至刻有电动标记的位置上，方可进行电动操作。</p>

<p>国标<strong>堰式（手动）气动衬胶隔膜阀</strong>只需用较小的操作力和较短的隔膜行程即可启闭阀门，因此减少了隔膜的扰变量，延长了隔膜的寿命，减少了维修和停机时间，降低了生产成本，是使用最为广泛的<a title="隔膜阀" href="http://www.valve86.com/valves/gemofa/" target="_blank">隔膜阀</a>。</p>
<p>根据适用介质的不同，衬胶隔膜阀的阀体可采用不同的橡胶，隔膜的材料可以是人造合成橡胶或者带有合成橡胶衬里的聚四氟乙烯。隔膜与承压套相连，承压套再与带螺纹的阀杆相连，关闭阀门时，隔膜被压下，与阀体堰形构造密封，或者与阀门内腔轮廓密封，或者与阀体内的某一部位密封，这取决于内部结构设计。</p>

<p>G46J、<strong>EG46J直通式隔膜阀</strong>没有堰，流体在阀门内腔直流，基于这一特点，它特别适用于某些粘性流体、水泥浆以及沉淀性流体。直通式隔膜阀相对于堰式隔膜阀来说，隔膜的行程较长。因此，这种结构使隔膜选择合成橡胶材料的范围受到了限制。</p>
<p>直通式隔膜阀的流体通道是直的，因此流体损失更小，磨损更小。在低压时增加了隔膜偏转和应力，但也导致了较低的压力额定值。</p>

<p><strong>G49J三通隔膜阀</strong>专用于控制非腐蚀或一般腐蚀性介质，阀体内腔表面无衬里或覆有可供选择的各种橡胶，适用于不同工作温度和流体管路。</p>
<p>三通隔膜阀的结构特点：</p>
<p>1、弹性密封的开闭件，确保没有内漏；</p>
<p>2、流线型的流道，使得压力损失小；</p>
<p>3、没有填料函，因此没有外漏；</p>
<p>4、阀体与盖被中间隔膜隔开，使得隔膜上方的阀盖，阀杆零件不受介质侵蚀；</p>
<p>5、隔膜可更换，维护费用低；</p>
<p>6、衬里材料的多样性，可适用于各种介质，并具有良好的耐腐蚀性。</p>
