<p>天沃出品的<strong>气动蝶阀</strong>采用AT、GT、AW等系列气动执行机构，满足不同口径、不同扭矩的蝶阀，配以电磁阀、限位开关、三联件、阀门定位器等附件可以实现不同的控制功能。</p>
<p>气动蝶阀主要做截断阀使用，也可以用作调节控制（不建议用于控制误差小的工况），而蝶阀的结构原理尤其适合制作成大口径阀门，因此在低压大中口径管道上得到越来越多的应用，不仅在石油、煤气、化工、水处理等一般工业上得到广泛应用，而且还应用于热电站的冷却水系统。</p>

<p>1、伸缩<a title="蝶阀" href="http://www.valve86.com/valves/diefa/" target="_blank">蝶阀</a>在安装前必须平放，切勿随意磕碰。</p>
<p>2、伸缩蝶阀出厂时结构长度为最小度，安装时，拉至安装长度(即设计长度)。</p>
<p>3、当管道间长度超过伸缩阀长度时，请调整管道间隔，切勿强行位伸缩阀，以免损坏伸缩阀。</p>
<p>4、伸缩蝶阀可在任意位置安装，做温度补偿用，在管道安装完成后，需沿管道轴统方向两端加支架，防止伸缩阀伸缩管拉出(见图1)，支架的地支承力按右列公式计算，运行时严禁将支架卸掉。</p>
<p>5、伸缩蝶阀不做温度补偿时，只做安装更换，维修<a title="阀门" href="http://www.valve86.com/" target="_blank">阀门</a>方便用时，可用通螺栓限位，对称夹紧伸缩阀以防止伸缩管拉出(见图2)，损坏伸缩蝶阀及管道装置或建筑物。螺栓直径可按照法兰螺栓直径，其螺栓强度和承受试验压力及管道拉力，按上公式进行计算，运行时限位螺栓晋严禁卸掉(螺栓另配)。</p>
<p>6、管道施工现场严禁随意拆卸解体伸缩蝶阀。</p>
<p>7、本伸缩蝶阀，加工精细，配合严密，请勿在现场随意反复拉长压短伸缩阀。管道安装时，要求伸缩蝶瘩两端管道必须同心，管道上的两法兰面要求平行。</p>
<p>8、法兰固定螺栓应对称紧固，请勿单边强行紧固法兰固定螺栓。</p>
<p>9、伸缩管安装在阀门后。</p>
<p>10、伸缩阀伸缩部分不得安装在管道拐角处或管道末端。</p>

<h3 class="h3beijing2">液控快速关闭蝶阀&#8211;结构及特点</h3>
<p class="tousuojin">
		液控快速关闭阀由主阀、齿轮齿条油缸传动装置、液压系统、电气控制系统四大部分组成。各部分高度集成为一个整体，结构紧凑，大大节省了占地空间。
		</p>
<p class="tousuojin">
		采用三偏心金属密封蝶阀，在传统的双偏心结构基础上配置独特的角偏心设计，充分利用凸轮效应，使阀门启闭时密封副瞬时接触、瞬时脱离，消除磨擦和卡挤，磨损小，耐高温，启闭轻松，密封可靠。
		</p>
<p class="tousuojin">
		齿轮齿条传动箱结构紧凑，直接与油缸相连；油缸尾部设有缓冲装置，消除快关时的惯性冲击，延长<a title="阀门" href="http://www.valve86.com/" target="_blank">阀门</a>使用寿命。
		</p>
<p class="tousuojin">
		液压系统根据快关动力源的不同分为弹簧蓄能快关（YKD）和蓄能器蓄能快关（YxKD）两大类。阀门正常启闭动力源一般由液压系统中的油泵机组提供，也可来源于汽轮机主机配套液压站。正常启闭速度由流量阀调节控制。
		</p</p>
<p class="tousuojin">
		电气控制系统按主逻辑元件类别分为普通继电型和PLC智能控制型，出厂配套一般为普通继电型，需PLC智能控制型应在订货时说明。系统除设有正常开阀、正常关阀等常规控制动作，还设置了全开状态15%行程“游动”功能，以避免阀门卡阻。
		</p>
<p class="tousuojin">
		系统中配有就地控制回路和远程联动控制回路。就地控制回路主要用于现场调试，正常工作时一般均使用远程联动控制回路。
		</p>
<p class="tousuojin">
		液压系统电磁换向阀控制特征一般为正作用型，即：电磁阀得电<a title="蝶阀" href="http://www.valve86.com/valves/diefa/" target="_blank">蝶阀</a>开阀、失电蝶阀关闭；反之则为反作用型。常规配套电磁换向阀为正作用型，采用反作用型应在订货时说明。
		</p>
<p class="tousuojin">
		系统动力电源为AC380V，控制电源可以是AC220V、DC220V、DC110V或其它电源等级。
		</p>
<h3 class="h3beijing2">液控快速关闭蝶阀&#8211;使用与维护</h3>
<p class="tousuojin">
		1、出厂时各部分都已根据用户要求调节设定好，一般不得随意调节改动。
		</p>
<p class="tousuojin">
		2、设备需在提供电源条件下工作，且要求稳定可靠。
		</p>
<p class="tousuojin">
		3、由于本系统控制阀组采用了众多螺纹插装阀，需特别注意油液的清洁度，建议每三个月旁路过滤油一次。
		</p>
<p class="tousuojin">
		4、根据使用工况，24小时连续工作制，每半年必须更换油液一次，且需同时更换高压滤芯；8小时间断工作制可按累计使用2400小时后更换一次，同时更换高压滤芯。系统发出油液污染报警信号时，也必须更换高压滤芯，同时说明油液清洁度不好。
		</p>
<p class="tousuojin">
		5、定期检查油箱液位高度。第一次加油建议加至满液位计，正常工作状态下油位要求满足在液位计1/2以上高度位置，底于1/3高度时必须加油。
		</p>
<p class="tousuojin">
		6、每月应定期检查蓄能器内气体压力，正常充气压力在100Bar，底于90Bar时需充气。
		</p>
<p class="tousuojin">
		7、液压装置投入运行后，需经常到工作现场观察运行情况，看是否有指示故障、漏油等异常现象发生，如有需及时处理。
		</p>
<p class="tousuojin">
		8、定期进行游动试验，以防止阀门卡阻。
		</p>
<h3 class="h3beijing2">液控快速关闭蝶阀&#8211;运输与安装</h3>
<p class="tousuojin">
		1、运输要求包装可靠。且有防尘防雨设施，吊装过程应注意缓慢、平稳、轻放，避免因强烈撞击振荡而导致零部件受损。
		</p>
<p class="tousuojin">
		2、设备长时间不用应放掉油液和氮气，且注意防尘防雨。
		</p>
<p class="tousuojin">
		3、按照阀体上标示管道压力方向安装阀门。
		</p>
<p class="tousuojin">
		4、液压装置可采用与阀体整体式安装，通过油缸出轴端面直接到阀体上，要求牢固可靠。但油箱底部必须有支撑。
		</p>

		5、禁止露天存放。

<h3 class="h3beijing2">信号蝶阀工作原理</h3>
<p>1、本信号<a title="蝶阀" href="http://www.valve86.com/valves/diefa/" target="_blank">蝶阀</a>由蜗轮蜗杆传动装置驱动轴及蝶板旋转实现启闭和控制流量。</p>
<p>2、旋转蜗轮蜗杆传动装置手轮，使蝶板达到启闭及调节流量的目的，手轮顺时针方向旋转为阀门关闭。</p>
<p>3、蜗轮蜗杆传动装置箱体内设置微动开关有两种型式：</p>
<p class="duanluo">(1)在传动装置箱体内设有开向、关向两个微动开关，分别在阀门全开和关闭时动作，接通控制室“阀开”“阀关”指示灯电源，使之准确显示阀门开关状态。</p>
<p class="duanluo">(2)在传动装置箱体内只设关向微动开关(蝶板全关闭位置为0°)。当蝶板由0～40°位置时微动开关动作，输出阀门关闭信号，40～90°位置时另一对常闭触点可输出阀门打开信号。可调整压触微动开关的凸轮，显示蝶板所处的不同位置。</p>

<p><strong>陶瓷蝶阀</strong>是天沃公司新开发的结构为陶瓷的蝶阀，在使用中，密封面无磨损，而且双向密封。该产品与一般<a title="蝶阀" href="http://www.valve86.com/valves/diefa/" target="_blank">蝶阀</a>的根本区别在于结构特殊，它以阀杆的升降加旋转起到蝶板的启闭作用。当阀杆向下移动时，蝶板先旋转使蝶板与阀体密封面相吻合，达到密封目的。当阀杆上升到一定位置时，蝶板旋转90°，此时阀门全开、并也可控制阀杆上升、下降的位置，也可以调节介质流量生产的阀体和蝶板的密封部位，镶装结构陶瓷，耐磨性能好，适用子易磨损的工况管路上</p>
