<p>H41W、H41Y、<strong>H41H升降式止回阀</strong>的结构与<a title="截止阀" href="http://www.valve86.com/valves/jiezhifa/" target="_blank">截止阀</a>相似，其阀瓣沿着通道中心线升降，关闭时靠自重，一旦阀瓣关闭后，靠介质逆流时的压力对阀瓣作用，形成密封压力，这个压力越高，阀瓣与阀座密封面上的密封比压越高，密封越容易。</p>
<p>升降式止回阀的阀体通道呈S形弯路，因此流体阻力较大，但动作可靠，由于结构关系，只适合用于较小口径、水平安装的场合。</p>

<p>H41W、H41Y、<strong>H44H旋启式法兰止回阀</strong>的关闭件-阀瓣绕置于阀座外的销轴旋转，转轴的轴线和阀体密封面在一个平面上，这样保证关闭时达到密封。使用时，靠介质的工作压力把阀瓣冲开，此时止回阀便开启，介质通过；关闭时，靠介质逆流和阀瓣自重，阀瓣绕阀体内转轴旋转，从而使阀瓣和阀座密合，达到关闭的目的。</p>
<p>旋启式止回阀的安装位置不受限制，通常安装于水平管路上，也可以安装在垂直管路或倾斜管路上。法兰旋启式止回阀可以做成很高的工作压力，PN可达42MPa，而且DN也可做到很大，最大可达2000mm以上。根据壳体及密封件的材质不同，可以适用于-196～800℃之间的水、蒸汽、气体、腐蚀性介质、油品、食品、药品等介质和行业。</p>

<p>一旦旋启式<a title="止回阀" href="http://www.valve86.com/valves/zhihuifa/" target="_blank">止回阀</a>关闭，其密封力就形成，这个密封力就是反向介质压力作用在阀瓣上的力，密封比压也就形成，也就能保证旋启式止回阀的密封。管道介质工作压力越高，密封力越大，密封比压也就越大，越容易保证密封；相反，管道介质工作压力越低，密封力也就越小，密封比压也就越低，不易保证密封。这时，为了保证密封比压，只能把密封面设计得窄些，才能保证达到密封。但应注意，在介质工作压力很高时，其密封力必然很大，密封比压也就很高。要保证实际密封比压大于必须的密封比压，同时一定要小于材料所允许的许用比压，只有这样，才能既保证了密封，又安全可靠。</p>
<p>旋启式止回阀一般都水平安装，这样在开启过程中，介质流道基本呈一直线，故流体阻力小于升降式止回阀。由于结构上的原因，旋启式止回阀适用于较大口径的场合。旋启式止回阀根据阀瓣的数目可分为单瓣旋启式、双瓣旋启式及多瓣旋启式三种。单瓣旋启式止回阀一般适用于中等口径的场合。大口径管路选用单瓣旋启式止回阀时，为减少水击压力，最好采用能减小水击压力的缓闭式止回阀。双瓣旋启式止回阀适用于大中口径的管路。对夹双瓣旋启式止回阀绮构较小，重量较轻，是一种有发展前途的产品。多瓣旋启式止回阀只适用于低压、大口径的管路。</p>

<p><strong>HC44X_SFCV橡胶瓣止回阀</strong>主要由阀体、阀盖及橡胶瓣三种主要零件组成，其中橡胶瓣由钢板、钢棒及强化尼龙布做衬底，外层披覆橡胶制成，耐冲刷，密封性能好，结构简单。密封面采用斜面设计，关闭时间短，减小水锤压力，阀瓣开关寿命可达100万次。</p>
<p>橡胶瓣止回阀采用全流面积式设计，具有水头损失小，不易堆积杂物，维修简单等特性，可立式或卧式安装，主要适用于给排水系统，可安装于出水口处，以防止倒流及水锤对泵的损害。该阀还可安装在蓄水池进出水管的旁通管上，以防止池水倒流至给水系统中。</p>

<p>微阻缓闭蝶式<a title="止回阀" href="http://www.valve86.com/valves/zhihuifa/" target="_blank">止回阀</a>用在水泵出口及外类防止介质逆流的管网中，当介质流过该阀门时，蝶板由于受介质本身压力的作用下被动缓慢开启，当介质逆向流动时，蝶板本身重量、扭转弹簧的力和介质逆流作用力使得蝶板关闭。当关闭到80%时由于受到活塞组件的作用力使得蝶板缓慢关闭直到密封面吻合，实现缓闭消声功能，调节针阀可改变蝶板缓闭时间长短。</p>
<p class="xia50">微阻缓闭蝶形止回阀可用在清水、污水、海水等介质的排水管道上，即能防止介质的倒流，又能有效地限制破坏性水锤，保证管线的使用安全。它具有结构新颖、体积小、重量轻、流体阻力小、密封可靠、启闭平稳、耐磨损、使用寿命长，油压、缓闭不受介质影响，有效好节能效果等特点。</p>

<p class="xia50">重锤蝶式缓冲止回阀主要用于工业供水、污水处理厂的水泵出口处，防止管网中介质逆流，自动消除破坏性水锤，从而保证水泵和管路不受损坏。在设计上充分考虑了使用环境的要求，采用斜板式结构，达到无震动、无噪音、运行平稳、并具有节能的效果。用延缓半闭的方式使局部倒流介质向系统内泄流，从而大大降低了停泵倒流的水压冲力，消除了破坏性水锤峰值的产生。</p>

<h3 class="h3beijing2">微阻缓闭蝶式止回阀&#8211;工作原理</h3>
<p>微阻缓闭蝶式阀安装在管路上，以防止介质逆流及由于逆流关闭而产生过大的压力上升(水击)。当介质正向流动时，在介质压力作用下，蝶板开启，随即平衡锤助开，使阀处在微阻情况下工作；当介质逆向流动时，由于反向介质的作用，使蝶板从全开位置开始关闭。蝶板的前三分之二行程为快关段，后三分之一行程为缓冲减振关闭段。减振关闭过程为：蝶板上的触销推动避振缸上的活塞，缸内介质(避振缸内存有介质)通过节流口流出，调节活塞可以改变避振缸内介质排出的速度，即改变避振缸内活塞和蝶板向关闭方向移动的快慢，也就是蝶板两阶段关闭，且关闭时间可调，从而达到消除水击、减轻振动、保护管路和防止泵倒转的目的。</p>
<p>蝶式止回阀的结构类似于<a title="蝶阀" href="http://www.valve86.com/" target="_blank">蝶阀</a>，其密封原理近似于蝶阀。蝶式止回阀分两种，一种是单板，一种是双板。单板蝶式止回阀的密封原理更接近于蝶阀，蝶阀关闭时是靠阀杆传递到蝶板的扭矩，而单板蝶式止回阀是靠介质逆流时产生的偏心扭矩而完成的。单板蝶式止回阀开启时靠介质的顺流，克服蝶板自重产生的扭矩，冲开蝶板，达到开启的目的；而当停泵时，没有介质正向流动，靠蝶板自重产生的扭矩关闭蝶式止回阀。再靠介质回流时的压力产生的密封比压达到密封。此时应注意压力较高的蝶式止回阀，其密封面宽度应宽些；压力较低的蝶式止回阀，其密封面宽度应窄些。总之，要保证密封面上的实际比压大于保证密封的必须比压。且应小于材料允许的许用比压，这样既能保证有效的密封，而且还安全。对于双板的蝶式止回阀，靠介质顺流时的压力克服弹簧的扭力矩而开启，靠扭弹簧所产生的扭力矩而关闭，再靠介质逆流时的压力产生的密封比压达到密封。双板式蝶式止回阀和单板式蝶式止回阀一样，当介质工作压力较高时密封面的宽度要设计得较宽些，介质工作压力较低时密封面的宽度应设计得较窄些。只有这样才能既保证密封性能，又不至把密封面破坏。</p>
<p>蝶形止回阀结构较简单。根据管路情况，既可以垂直安装，又可以水平安装，其安装方式比较灵活。又由于可以做成对夹式，这样其外形尺寸较小，重量较轻。其流体阻力较小，水击压力亦较小。但蝶式止回阀由于结构原因，不能作成高的工作压力，只适用于中低压的场合。</p>
<h3 class="h3beijing2">蝶式止回阀&#8211;适用场合</h3>
<p>蝶式止回阀的适用场合式低压大口径，而且安装场合受限制。因为蝶形止回阀的工作压力不能做到很高，但公称尺寸可以做到很大，可以达到2000mm以上，但公称压力都在6.4MPa以下。碟式止回阀可以做成对夹式，一般都安装在管路的两法兰之间，采用对夹连接的形式。</p>
<p>碟式止回阀的安装位置不受限制，可以安装在水平管路上，也可以安装在垂直管路或倾斜管路上。</p>

<p>球形止回阀的阀瓣是包覆橡胶或工程塑料的球体，因此其密封性能可靠。球型止回阀根据其公称通径的大小，有单球和多球之分。其密封原理是：当开泵时，介质正向流动产生的介质压力推动球体运动，沿导柱离开阀座密封面，止回阀便开启，介质通过；当停泵时，介质反向流动的压力推动球体沿导柱滚到阀座密封面，关闭<a title="止回阀" href="http://www.valve86.com/valves/zhihuifa/" target="_blank">止回阀</a>，靠工作介质的压力，使球体阀瓣和阀座密封面间产生一定的密封比压，保证止回阀的密封，达到阻止介质逆流的目的。由于球形止回阀的球体阀瓣和阀座密封面接触的面较窄，接近于线密封，因此只要球体的圆度高，易于达到密封。因为密封面窄，在相同的介质工作压力下，线密封比面密封的密封比压大，因此密封可靠。但球型止回阀的密封件球体包覆橡胶或工程塑料，因此工作温度受到材料的限制，一般介质工作温度在150℃以下。</p>
<p>由于无磨损球形止回阀可以采用单球密封和多球密封，因此公称尺寸可以做成很大，其范围在200～1200 mm之间。</p>

<p>无磨损球形止回阀有单球与多球之分，DN50～350mm为单球；DN350～1000 mm为多球。阀球体内部是钢，外部包裹一层橡胶，左右阀体、隔板、导柱均为钢制。<a title="阀门" href="http://www.valve86.com/" target="_blank">阀门</a>靠腔体的(橡胶)球实现开启和关闭。开启时球体在介质压力作用下沿导柱滚动，关闭时亦在介质压力作用下沿导柱滚动实现密封。但对于多球的阀门，不可能关闭时球体都密封，球体密封有先后之分，这就起到缓闭和降低水击的作用。无磨损球型止回阀的水击值仅为旋启式止回阀的45％，因此适用于水击值要求严格的地方。</p>
