<p>1、流体阻力小，球阀是所有阀类中流体阻力最小的一种，即使是缩径球阀，其流体阻力也相当小。</p>
<p>2、止推轴轴承减小阀杆摩擦力矩，可使阀杆长期操作平衡灵活。</p>
<p>3、阀座密封性能好，采用聚四氟乙烯等材料制成的密封圈，结构易于密封，而且球阀的密封能力随着介质压力的增大而增大。</p>
<p>4、阀杆密封可靠，由于阀杆只作旋转动运而不做升降运动，阀杆的填料密封不易破坏，且密封能力随介质的压力增设而增大。</p>
<p>5、由于聚四氟乙烯等材料具有良好的白润滑性，与球体的磨擦损失小，球阀的使用寿命更长。</p>

<p>3、锁紧装置：为防止闪门开关误操作，在阀门全开、全关位置有锁定孔，确保阀门处于正确的位置。</p>
<p>4、阀杆防飞结构：阀杆为下装式，防止受压飞出，同时可在火灾后，与阀体形成金属接触，确保阀杆密封。</p>

<p><strong>UPVC塑料法兰球阀</strong>全部零件采用RPP或PVDF注塑件组装成型，耐腐蚀性能优良，适用于-14～100℃或-40～140℃带腐蚀性介质输送过程的截流。UPVC塑料法兰球阀为整体式阀体，泄漏点少、强度高、拆装方便，两端法兰与管路连接时，要均匀拧紧螺栓，防止法兰变形造成泄漏。</p>
<p>注意事项： 顺时针方向旋转手柄为关闭，反之为开启；只可作断流、通流，不宜作<a title="流量调节阀" href="http://www.valve86.com/zilishi-liuliang-tiaojiefa.html" target="_blank">流量调节阀</a>用；含硬颗粒液体容易使球表面划伤，造成内泄漏。</p>
