<p><strong>D943H/D973H电动金属硬密封蝶阀</strong>由电动执行器和金属硬密封蝶阀组成，广泛应用于电站供热系统和催化裂化主风机管道系统、钢铁、化工等工业系统以及环保、水处理、高层建筑给排水管路上作切断节流量作用。设计用三偏心原理，开启密封即分离，关闭接触即密封，因此密封性能可靠。耐腐蚀、使用寿命长的特点。密封圈选用不锈钢材料，在高温和冷态工况下，密封无应力变形，具有耐高温、耐腐蚀、使用寿命长的特点。轴向定位装置，解决轴向密封面磨损易泄漏的难题，传动装置可任意方向安装。过流面积大，流阻系数小，通流能力强。抗老化、抗辐射、经久耐用。密封可调节，10万次寿命无泄漏。</p>

<p><strong>D673H_D643H气动金属硬密封蝶阀</strong>主要由气动执行器和金属硬密封蝶阀组成，再配以不同的附件组合，达到具体的控制要求。天沃公司出品的气动金属硬密封蝶阀则具有耐高低温、高压、允许介质中又微小颗粒、使用寿命长等特点，被广泛用于介质温度≤425℃的冶金、电力、石油化工、以及给排水和市政建设等工业管道上，作调节流量和截断流体使用。</p>

<p><span class="cuti">双作用型：</span>执行机构无原始位置，工作时需两个气源进行操作。输出轴的位置随气源的通断而停止任意位置。</p>
<p><span class="cuti">单作用型：</span>执行机构有原始位置，工作时需一个气源进行操作。如切断气源输出轴则靠内部弹簧的预紧力自动恢复到原始位置。</p>

<p><strong>金属硬密封双向蝶阀</strong>是较新一代的<a title="金属密封蝶阀" href="http://www.valve86.com/valves/diefa/jinshu-yingmifeng-diefa/" target="_blank">金属密封蝶阀</a>。该系列蝶阀引进国外制造技术，以独特新颖的结构，获得高品质性能。该阀结构合理，密封严密可靠、流阻小、压差低、驱动灵活省力，使用寿命倍增。符合GB12238《法兰和对夹连接蝶阀》和JB/T8527《金属密封蝶阀》标准，并参照美国ANSI/AWWAC504标准，采用CAD辅助设计，阀轴中心线不在阀板密封面上，径向偏心。由于在加工和装配过程采用了予应力设计，使<a title="阀门" href="http://www.valve86.com/" target="_blank">阀门</a>在反向受力时产生的相对位移得到充分补偿，因此双向蝶阀不论正向或反向受压，均能在全额压差下达到零泄漏。</p>

<p>三偏心蝶阀具有双向无气泡紧密关闭性能，这种几何形状保证阀瓣密封只是在关闭位置时才与阀体阀座接触，因此不会产生摩擦或磨损，并且产生一种扭矩使得弹性密封具有足够的“焊接”性能，确保密封接触的均匀一致性。</p>
<p>由于在双偏心蝶阀的基础上将阀座中心线形成一个角偏置，使得蝶阀在开启过程中，蝶板的密封面在开启瞬间立即脱离阀座密封面。而在关闭瞬间才会接触并压紧阀座密封面。当完全开始时，两密封面之间形成一个与双偏心密封蝶阀相同间隙，该类蝶阀的设计，彻底消除了两密封面之间的机械磨损和擦伤，使蝶阀的密封性能和寿命都得到大大提高。</p>
<h3 class="h3beijing2">三偏心多层次金属硬密封蝶阀结构特征</h3>
<p><span class="cuti">第一个偏心：</span>轴偏离密封面中心线</p>

<p><span class="cuti">第三个偏心：</span>其独特的偏心阀座斜锥角与管路中心的夹角，这样，使得阀座与密封圈在阀门整个开关过程中完全脱离。这种结构既利用了凸轮效应，又完全消除了摩擦，去除了磨损和泄漏的可能。</p>
<p><span class="cuti">零泄漏：</span>公司生产的三偏心蝶阀，依靠安装在蝶板上的复合不锈钢密封圈来实现真正的零泄漏。</p>
<p>零泄漏是通过蝶板上密封圈的弹性来实现的。该密封圈的总结性是通过其径向的压缩和柔动产生的。密封圈与阀座接触面为斜锥面。密封圈与阀座之间的接触角产生轻微的“楔式效应”，使密封圈发生柔动和径向压缩。正由于阀座与密封圈之间均匀接触以及密封圈的柔性，使得加载在阀座上的载荷均匀，从而用最小的扭矩实现最严密的切断。扭矩产生的弹性使得阀门严密关断，而与介质流向或介质压力无关。</p>

<h4>三偏心硬密封蝶阀的原理说明</h4>
<p>1、三偏心多层次硬密封蝶阀的阀座采用内嵌O型橡胶圈或氟塑料为密封垫而组合成密封件。因此，对温差及磨损等具有自我补偿的功能，确保阀门的密闭不漏。</p>
<p>2、多层次硬密封蝶阀的阀座可以微调。在阀门使用一定年限后，当密封圈自行磨耗出现渗漏时，可在不拆开阀门的情况下，由调节螺钉把密封压圈向蝶板方向微调到需要的尺寸，就可得到补偿并具有新阀同样的密封性能。</p>
<p>3、三偏心金属硬密封蝶阀与其他蝶阀最大区别在于：采用三偏心设计结构。其蝶板安装中心与旋转中心设计有严谨的偏心距。当阀门开启10℃乃至全开时，蝶阀的阀座密封面与蝶板即处于无接触状态，并闭时蝶板随阀杆回旋并偏转入阀座密封面而使之密闭。故因启闭过程中的少、无磨损而延长阀门的使用寿命。</p>
<p>4、当蝶阀管路流体压力传入阀座密封函槽内时，由于分力作用原理，使密封件在管路压力作用时和O型圈胀力而产生的合力，将阀座密封面挤向蝶板而使阀门密封。这种独特的密封结构可随管路压力的增加而产生更大的密封力。</p>
<p>5、三偏心蝶阀阀杆轴线与蝶板密封面间偏置，并与阀体通道轴线偏置，阀座回转轴线与阀体通道轴线形成一个偏心角，故形成三偏心。开启时，蝶板密封面会在开启的瞬间立即脱离阀座密封面，在其关闭时，只有在关闭的瞬间，其蝶板圆锥形密封面才会接触并压紧阀座圆锥形密封。所以阀座与蝶板上的密封面之间无任何摩擦，去除了磨损和泄漏的可能性。</p>

<p><strong>上装式金属硬密封蝶阀</strong>是一种安装方便，可在线维修的<a title="蝶阀" href="http://www.valve86.com/valves/diefa/" target="_blank">蝶阀</a>。当阀门需要检修时，无须将其从管线上拆下，只要花极少时间打开上盖便能连阀杆带蝶板从体腔中一起取出进行维修作业，使维修变得较为简捷方便。目前国内外生产的硬密封蝶阀为蝶板侧装式；在使用过程中一旦出现故障需要检修时；必须关闭管道中的介质，将整个阀门从管线上拆卸下来才能进行维修，其维修麻烦既困难，维修时需要较长的时间，并且影响管道系统的正常运行；因此专业设计开发上装式金属硬密封蝶阀，安装在管道上的状态下，可以方便地拆卸阀体、蝶板、弹性移动补偿阀座、阀杆、复合多层次弹性密封圈。本阀的最大的特点是在工况装置系统卸压后，<a title="阀门" href="http://www.valve86.com/" target="_blank">阀门</a>可在线检查和维修，检修时只需打开阀盖吊出蝶板和弹性移动补偿阀座等其他附件，进行维修或更换附件，而不必将整个阀门从管道上卸下来。使其阀门再次利用，节约能源。</p>

<p class="tousuojin shang10">1、上装式金属硬密封蝶阀为顶装式结构，当阀门需要检修时，无须将其从管线上拆下，安装方便，开关迅速、90°往复回转，驱动力矩小等特点，用于截断、接通、调节管路中的介质，具有良好的流体控制特性和关闭密封性能。</p>
<p class="tousuojin">2、上装式金属硬密封蝶阀的蝶板为流线形设计，使流体阻力损失小，阀体内腔载面大流阻小流体载面大，耐压强度高。阀杆轴套采用自润滑式锡青铜，摩擦系数小（小于0.6）启闭灵活。</p>
<p class="tousuojin">3、上装式金属硬密封蝶阀的阀杆为通杆结构，阀杆经过特殊的处理，耐磨性强和有良好的综合力学性能和抗腐蚀性，抗擦伤性非常高。顶装式蝶阀启闭时阀杆只作旋转运动而不作升降运行，阀杆的填料不易破坏，密封可靠。与蝶板锥销固定，外伸端为防冲出型设计，以免在阀杆与蝶板连接处意外断裂时阀杆崩出。</p>
<p class="tousuojin">4、蝶板密封圈采用软硬层叠式金属片组合密封，具有金属硬密封和弹性密封的双重优点，双向受压，密封可靠，使用寿命长，无论在低温和高温情况下，均具有非常优良的密封性能。</p>

<p class="tousuojin">6、采用三维偏心密封结构，关阀时蝶板密封面随着三维偏心位移只有在最后一刻才靠向阀体的密封面，在偏心的作用下，使其蝶板的密封面与阀体的密封面越关越紧，故蝶板的密封面与阀体的密封面得到非常良好紧密接触，达到非常良好的密封效果，密封性能可靠；开阀时，在偏心的作用下蝶板只需转过很小的角度(2°～3°)，蝶板的密封面与阀体的密封面就完全脱离开，蝶板的密封面与阀体的密封面不会产生摩擦，阀门的使用寿命长。</p>

<p>1、阀体巧小，结构合理，根据用户要求，我们设计法兰式、焊接式、卡箍式、伸缩式等连接方式的三通金属硬密封蝶阀。</p>
<p>2、阀体材质采用精密铸造的优质碳素钢、不锈钢、耐温钢、高锰钢等铸造件与自动焊接制作的二种工艺阀体，其外表美观，并同管道同寿命。</p>
<p>3、密封面与副密封选用不锈钢，并经过特殊处理，增强了寿命与耐腐蚀性，根据用户要求，也可选用增强四氟与结位聚苯材料以上密封性能良好，汽体、液体为零泄漏。</p>
<p>4、驱动机构选用蜗轮、电动、气动、液动、电液动等，可近距离操作与摇控及程控的需求。</p>
<p>5、温度在一29~C～425~C范围内任意使用。必要时阀体可选用保温式，用户在425~C以上～600~C可选用耐温钢。</p>
