					 </p>
<p><strong>对夹式止回阀</strong>的结构形式有升降式、单双瓣旋启式等，主要共同点是采用对夹连接。并且都具有结构长度短、设计合理、重量轻、密封性能好等优点。阀体材质为碳钢或不锈钢，密封面可为聚四氟乙烯、铬不锈钢或钴铬钨硬质合金。</p>
<p>对夹式止回阀适用于公称压力PN1.0MPa～42.0MPa、Class150～2500；公称通径DN15～1200mm，NPS1/2～48；工作温度-196～540℃的各种管路上，用于防止介质倒流。通过选用不同的材质，可适用于水、蒸汽、油品、硝酸、醋酸、强氧化性介质及尿素等多种介质。</p>

<h3 class="h3beijing1">高温高压焊接闸阀&#8211;结构形式与用途</h3>
<p>1、操作传动方式有：手动、电动、正伞齿轮动、气动等，订货时应注明传动方式。</p>
<p>2、符合国内外先进标准的要求，密封可靠、性能良好、造型美观。</p>
<p>3、阀瓣、阀座密封面根据不同的要求采用铁基合金堆焊或司太立(stellite)钴基硬质合金堆焊而成，耐磨、耐高温、耐腐蚀、抗磨擦性能好，使用寿命长。</p>
<p>4、采用楔式弹性闸板结构，摩擦力小，中大口径设置滚动轴承与推力轴承，开关灵活，启闭轻松。</p>

<p>系列<strong>低温球阀</strong>主要适用于乙烯、液化天然气等化工装置上，输出的液态低温介质如乙烯、液氧、液氢等。这类介质不但易燃易爆，而且在升温时要气化，气化时，体积膨胀数百倍，而且这些介质渗透力强，易泄漏，加工制造比较困难。</p>
<p>基本上所有的<a title="球阀" href="http://www.valve86.com/valves/qiufa/" target="_blank">球阀</a>都可以制作成低温球阀，因此，主要的外形连接尺寸请参考具体的阀门参数，阀门高度尺寸在其基础上加长颈的高度，故不再列尺寸表。</p>

<h3 class="h3beijing1">低温球阀结构特点</h3>
<p>1、承压件的材料能承受介质温度的变化而引起的膨胀、收缩，密封部位的结构在温度变化时不会产生永久的变形。用于-100℃以下工况时，<a title="阀门" href="http://www.valve86.com/" target="_blank">阀门</a>零件在精加工前应进行深冷处理，即将零件浸放在液氧箱中进行冷却，当零件温度达到-196℃时，开始温度1～2h，然后取出箱外自然处理到常温，重复循环2次。</p>
<p>2、阀盖采用长颈结构，其目的保护填料函的功能，使填料函处于离低温较远的位置，保证填料的密封效果。同时还可以缠绕保冷材料，防止冷能损失。长颈的颈长可根据使用温度和保冷材料的厚度来选择不同的长度。当填料密封效果降低时，可以从填料函的压差，提高密封性能。</p>
<p>3、使用温度低于-100℃时，阀杆材料经过镀铬或氮化处理，提高阀杆表面硬度，提高填料密封的可靠性。</p>
<p>4、低温球阀具有防止异常升压结构，由于低温阀门介质气化后，其体积急剧膨胀，压力会异常升高，当阀门中腔压力升高时，阀门中腔和进口侧连通，或在阀门进口端安装泄压阀，保证阀门安全使用。</p>
<p>5、低温球阀用的垫片具有在常温下、低温状态及温度变化下能可靠密封性和复原性。</p>

<p><strong>上装式偏心半球阀</strong>是近年来开发的高新技术产品，特点之一是启闭无摩擦，由于采用偏心结构，<a title="阀门" href="http://www.valve86.com/" target="_blank">阀门</a>在关闭的过程中，球体逐渐靠近阀座，到关闭位置完全接触；在开启时球体离开密封位置即完全脱开，开启扭矩小；第二个特点是密封面可实现自清洁，球体离开阀座时，介质可冲去密封面上的积聚物，对于易结晶介质，球体在关闭过程中可切除介质结晶达到的密封目的，避免了其它阀门无法开关的弊端；第三个特点是密封严紧，球体、阀座是双金属，采取不同工艺，密封面可组成防腐、耐磨等各种类型，满足不同工况的需要，密封是球面线接触，靠二维偏心实现零泄漏；第四个特点是使用较长时间发现密封面磨损，只需关闭时压紧套再压紧少许，仍可实现可靠密封，延长使用寿命。此外，调整或更换密封面，阀门可继续使用，避免很多阀门密封失效整台报废的弊端。</p>

<p>1、伸缩<a title="蝶阀" href="http://www.valve86.com/valves/diefa/" target="_blank">蝶阀</a>在安装前必须平放，切勿随意磕碰。</p>
<p>2、伸缩蝶阀出厂时结构长度为最小度，安装时，拉至安装长度(即设计长度)。</p>
<p>3、当管道间长度超过伸缩阀长度时，请调整管道间隔，切勿强行位伸缩阀，以免损坏伸缩阀。</p>
<p>4、伸缩蝶阀可在任意位置安装，做温度补偿用，在管道安装完成后，需沿管道轴统方向两端加支架，防止伸缩阀伸缩管拉出(见图1)，支架的地支承力按右列公式计算，运行时严禁将支架卸掉。</p>
<p>5、伸缩蝶阀不做温度补偿时，只做安装更换，维修<a title="阀门" href="http://www.valve86.com/" target="_blank">阀门</a>方便用时，可用通螺栓限位，对称夹紧伸缩阀以防止伸缩管拉出(见图2)，损坏伸缩蝶阀及管道装置或建筑物。螺栓直径可按照法兰螺栓直径，其螺栓强度和承受试验压力及管道拉力，按上公式进行计算，运行时限位螺栓晋严禁卸掉(螺栓另配)。</p>
<p>6、管道施工现场严禁随意拆卸解体伸缩蝶阀。</p>
<p>7、本伸缩蝶阀，加工精细，配合严密，请勿在现场随意反复拉长压短伸缩阀。管道安装时，要求伸缩蝶瘩两端管道必须同心，管道上的两法兰面要求平行。</p>
<p>8、法兰固定螺栓应对称紧固，请勿单边强行紧固法兰固定螺栓。</p>
<p>9、伸缩管安装在阀门后。</p>
<p>10、伸缩阀伸缩部分不得安装在管道拐角处或管道末端。</p>
