<p class="shang10"><strong>DP17导阀型隔膜式减压阀</strong>为铸钢材质阀体、主阀阀芯、导阀阀芯、阀座、及过滤网等均为不锈钢材质。适用于蒸汽和压缩空气系统。压力调节比可达10：1，控制准确。当压力调节范围超过10：1时，应采用两个<a title="减压阀" href="http://www.valve86.com/valves/jianyafa/" target="_blank">减压阀</a>串联布置。YDP17G为软密封型号，用于压缩空气系统，或其它工业气体(不适用于氧气系统)。</p>
<p>DP17减压阀可在同一主阀体上组合多个导阀，用于实现两级压力控制，温度压力控制，远程调控等多种功能。</p>

<p>DPl7E导阀型隔膜式减压阀是在导阀压力控制管中安装了电磁阀，可用远程的开关或计时器等操作电磁阀的开关，从而控制减压阀的开关。</p>

<p class="xia20">DPPl7EE是在DPPl7E的两个导阀之间再附加一个电磁阀，使得不仅可以在两个下游设定压力之间转换，而且主阀能被远程控制打开或关闭。</p>
<h4>DP17R</h4>
<p class="xia20">DPl7R导阀型隔膜式减压阀是通过改变加在导阀膜片上的空气压力信号，可以实现远程对下游压力的连续控制。通常使用压缩空气调节器调节输入到导阀的控制信号。</p>
<h4>DP17T/DP17TE</h4>
<p>DPl7T导阀型压力/温度控制是在DPl7压力导阀侧附加安装了一个自作用温度控制导阀，使得该阀门同时具有控制压力和调节温度的功能。</p>
<p>当用于换热器时，该阀可将下游蒸汽压力限定在设定的压力范围内，同时控制换热器出口温度符合设定点的要求。</p>
<p>DPl7TE是在温度导阀压力控制导管上，附加安装了一个电磁阀，可远程操作电磁阀的开关，从而控制减压阀的开关。</p>
<p>温度控制范围：</p>
<p class="xia20">16～49℃、C 49～82℃、93～127℃、38～71℃、71～104℃</p>
<h4>DPS17</h4>
<p>DPSl7是在导阀侧附加安装了一个溢流控制导阀，使该阀同时具有溢流和减压功能。</p>
<p class="xia20">主导阀装在主阀体上，控制下游压力。当上游压力高于溢流导阀设定值时打开主阀，同时减压导阀控制下游压力在设定值，当下游压力低于溢流导阀的设定值时，关闭主阀。这样在峰值负荷时可关闭不重要的用汽设备或维修重要设备用汽。</p>

<p class="shang10"><strong>Y43H先导活塞式蒸汽减压阀</strong>由主阀和导阀两部分组成。主阀主要由阀座、主阀盘、活塞、缸套、弹簧等零件组成。导阀主要由阀座、阀瓣、膜片、弹簧、调节弹簧等零件组成。</p>
<p>先导活塞式蒸汽减压阀通过活塞来平衡压力，带动阀瓣运动，实现减压功能。该阀体积小，活塞所允许的行程较大，但由于活塞在缸体中的摩擦力较大，因此灵敏度比薄膜式减压阀低。另外，其制造工艺要求严格，特别是活塞、活塞环、缸体、副阀等零件，由于用在蒸汽减压阀上，这些零件受热后的膨胀间隙不易控制，易产生卡住或漏汽现象，更影响它的灵敏度。尽管如此，这种结构的减压阀仍使用很广，特别是当介质温度较高时，薄膜式减压阀由于耐高温的薄膜材料难以解决，所以选用活塞式减压阀用于蒸汽管道。</p>

<p class="tousuojin">该<a title="减压阀" href="http://www.valve86.com/valves/jianyafa/" target="_blank">减压阀</a>是通过调节弹簧压力设定出口压力，利用膜片传感出口压力变化，通过导阀启闭驱动活塞调节主阀节流部位过流面积的大小，实现减压稳压功能。主要步骤：拧动调节螺钉，顶开导阀阀瓣，介质从进口侧进入活塞上方，由于活塞面积大于主阀瓣面积，推动活塞向下移动，使主阀打开，由阀后压力平衡调节弹簧的压力改变导阀的开度，从而改变活塞上方的压力，控制主阀瓣的开度，使阀后的压力保持恒定。</p>

<p>先导活塞式减压阀的常见故障主要为减压性能失灵及阀体与阀盖、端盖连接处渗漏两方面。在运行中的减压阀发生故障需要检修时，应先关闭该阀两侧的<a title="截止阀" href="http://www.valve86.com/valves/jiezhifa/" target="_blank">截止阀</a>，暂时有旁通管工作。平时应定期对减压阀进行检查修理，减少故障发生率。活塞式减压阀定期检查的内容是：检查主阀、脉冲阀的磨损情况，弹簧及膜片是否疲劳，气缸是否磨损或腐蚀，活塞环是否失去涨力等。</p>

<h3 class="wenda">蒸汽减压阀使用注意事项</h3>
<p>1、蒸汽减压阀应安装在离使用处较近的地方，从而控制更精确，并且由于进口管道的减少而降低管道费用。</p>
<p>2、由于管道里的蒸汽在高速流动，如果管道内部存在大量冷凝水会对蒸汽减压阀及其管道起到破坏作用，所以阀前应安装汽水分离器及疏水阀。</p>
<p>3、当使用处的蒸汽最小负荷量低于最大负荷量的25%时，不同规格的两台蒸汽减压阀并列使用可防止其他阀门的侵蚀及磨损。</p>
<p>4、蒸汽减压阀的感应管应留有管径（ΦD）的10倍以上距离，以使阀门稳定运转。</p>
<p>5、蒸汽减压阀前端必须水平方向安装过滤器，防止由异物引起的故障及磨损。</p>
<p>6、应安装旁通阀，以备使用。</p>
<h3 class="wenda">蒸汽减压阀出口压力设定办法</h3>
<p>1、根绝客户需求将出口处压力设置后出货。</p>
<p>2、因设计变更调节出口压力时可根据下列步骤进行：</p>
<p>a、关闭入口处闸阀，使出口处压力为0，再关闭出口处阀门。</p>
<p>b、打开入口处阀门后，逆时针方向旋转固定螺母。</p>
<p>c、看着出口处压力表，顺时针方向旋转调节螺栓，压力缓慢上升；逆时针方向旋转，则压力下降。（压力需要减少时打开出口处手动闸阀后再关闭）</p>
<p>d、达到设定压力时，停止转动调节螺栓，缓缓打开出口处阀门。</p>
<p>e、为了确定设定压力，出口处阀门缓缓关闭时确认压力表。</p>
<p>f、无法达到设定压力以上时，拧紧固定螺母后，重新打开出口处阀门，设置压力调节后，可能发生出口处压力变动的情况，过10分钟后确定压力变化。</p>
<p>g、设定完成后关闭上部保护盖，防止他人任意调节。</p>

<h4 class="wenda">蒸汽减压阀为什么有响声?</h4>
<p>存在压力降的地方都可能存在声响，蒸汽减压阀利用出口压力去<a title="调节阀" href="http://www.valve86.com/valves/tiaojiefa/" target="_blank">调节阀</a>内阀芯的开大关小，当阀芯关小时，蒸汽在这里进行节流膨胀，蒸汽在节流膨胀过程中剧烈与阀体部分磨擦、冲击，因此出现响声。如果声响巨大，可能实际减压比达到该设计极限，甚至超过了减压阀额定减压比，需要对阀门进行调整。</p>
