<p>天沃<strong>电动软密封蝶阀</strong>按连接形式主要分为：法兰式、对夹式和突耳式。其阀体、阀板、阀轴为同心结构设计，具有结构简洁，流阻系数小，流量特性趋于直线，不会滞留杂物等特点，是管路优先选用的电控蝶阀。电动软密封蝶阀既可作切断介质用，又可作调节介质的流量用。特别适用于双向密封和阀体易锈蚀场合，选用不同材料的零件，配用不同材料的密封圈，可适应不同的介质、工况，使成本与性能达到最佳效果。</p>

<p><strong>气动软密封蝶阀</strong>是控制仪表中的执行器，广泛地应用在生产自动控制系统中，既可以现场操作也可以远距离操作，是控制系统中新常见控制阀，它能与DCS和PLC等主控系统联机实现工业流程的自动控制，由于蝶阀具有自清洗作用，所以特别适用于含有悬浮颗粒的流体介质，进行调节和切断。</p>

<p><span class="cuti">双作用型：</span>执行机构无原始位置，工作时需两个气源进行操作。输出轴的位置随气源的通断而停止任意位置。</p>

<p><a title="蝶阀" href="http://www.valve86.com/valves/diefa/" target="_blank">蝶阀</a>的蝶板密封中心和阀杆的回转中心重合，阀门依靠一定的过盈量在阀座与蝶板密封面间造成密封比压，保证阀门密封副的密封效果。此结构在阀体上衬胶，多适用于中小口径的蝶阀。由于是挤压变形，阀门在开关过程中，蝶板始终受到挤压。因此上下阀轴部分受挤较大，<a title="阀门" href="http://www.valve86.com/" target="_blank">阀门</a>的使用寿命受到影响；阀门的启闭力矩较大。缺点是中千蝶板与阀座始终处于挤压、刮擦状态、阻距大、磨损快。为克服挤压、刮擦、保证密封性能、阀座基本上采用橡胶或聚四氟乙烯等弹性材料、但也因而在使用上受到温度的限制，这就是为什么传统上人们认为蝶阀不耐高温的原因。</p>

<h3>对夹式蝶阀为什么用双头螺栓连接？</h3>
<p>由于对夹蝶阀自身不带法兰，阀体长度很短，靠管道上的法兰对夹安装，一般使用的螺栓都较长，而此时用双头螺栓有以下好处：1、穿孔不受方向现在，2、两个螺母调整松紧和余量比较精确和方便。</p>
