<p><strong>Q961F/H电动焊接球阀</strong>采用一体化结构，采用<a title="焊接球阀" href="http://www.valve86.com/valves/qiufa/hanjieshi-qiufa/" target="_blank">焊接球阀</a>为控制阀门，可选配TT、TTS、QT、CHQ等四款优质执行器，有输入控制信号（4-20mADC或1-5VDC）及单相电源即可控制运转，以角行程输出的扭矩转动球体0～90°，完成启闭动作或调节动作。特别适合于介质的粘稠、含颗粒、纤维性质的场合。目前电动焊接球阀广泛应用于食品、环保、轻工、石油、造纸、化工等行业的工业自动控制系统中。</p>

<p><strong>Q661F/H气动焊接球阀</strong>以AT或GT等气动执行器为驱动装置，对焊接球阀进行开启或关闭动作。如果与电气阀门定位器配套，可对压力、流量、温度等参数进行调节。气动焊接球阀以0.4～0.7MPa压缩空气为动力，密封阀座有软密封和金属硬密封。具有结构紧凑、体积小、运行可靠、密封性好、安装方便等特点。</p>

<p><strong>三块式高压对焊球阀</strong>采用锻造部件，下装式阀杆，倒密封结构，采用镶嵌式阀座，阀座背后设置O型圈，确保介质不外漏。如果压力达到16MPa以上，密封面采用尼龙 1010，它的磨擦系数通常为巴氏合金的1/3，是一种自然滑性材料，抗弯曲强度和冲击强度及较高的延性，与金属不相上下，但是耐温不高。</p>

<p>3、由于阀体材料跟管道材质一样，不会出现应力不均，也不会由于地震及车辆经过地面时而产生变形，管道耐老化。</p>

		<title>卡套管和公称管承插焊接球阀</title>

<p><strong>卡套管和公称管承插焊接球阀</strong>采用挠性阀座设计，保证了在低压和高压系统中都具有无泄漏的密封，在低压情况下，密封由锥形碟片弹簧加载阀座推向阀球而获得，不需要由压力来产生密封；在高压情况下，阀球被迫向下游，使下游阀座挠曲并产生密封，上游阀座也随球体运动而挠曲并保持密封。</p>
<p>注意：卡套管和公称管承插<a title="焊接球阀" href="http://www.valve86.com/valves/qiufa/hanjieshi-qiufa/" target="_blank">焊接球阀</a>在使用期间可能需要填料调整。</p>
