<p><strong>气动粉体蝶阀</strong>采用CP型活塞式电磁气动执行器，阀体由两个采用重力浇铸而成的半阀体组成，半阀体为铝合金材料，旋转蝶板为高耐磨聚合体复合材质，或是铸铁以及预受应力的人造橡胶密封，用于食品工业的阀门具有不锈钢蝶板以及通过FDA认证的密封件。V1FS单法兰气动粉体蝴蝶阀具有一个顶部法兰以及一个折边部件，适用于连接一根柔性套管；V2FS双法兰气动粉体蝴蝶阀顶部及底部为相同的圆法兰。</p>
<p>气动粉体专用蝶阀可应用于所有粉状及颗粒状物料的处理，阀门利用物料自身重力进行截流以及气动传输干性物料。VFS气动水泥蝶阀(粉体蝶阀)可以安装在料斗、料箱、筒仓、螺旋或其他类型的输送机的下方，以及连接气动输送管道。由于粉体蝶阀的特殊结构以及工程材料的运用，它一直是一个非常经济且效率极高的选择。</p>

<p><strong>V2FS双法兰粉体蝶阀</strong>由两个采用重力浇铸而成的半阀体组成，半阀体为铝合金材料，旋转蝶板采用高分子材料制作，具有良好的密封性。V2FS双法兰粉体蝶阀顶部及底部为相同的圆法兰，可安装手动杠杆或气动执行器或齿轮电机等。</p>
<p>双法兰粉体蝶阀主要用于开关料箱，料斗以及装有粉状或是颗粒状物料的筒仓。可应用于所有粉状及颗粒物料的处理，阀门利用物料自身重力进行截流以及气动传输干性物料。可以安装在料斗、料箱、筒仓、螺旋或其他类型的输送机的下方，以及连接气动输送管道。由于此阀门的特殊结构以及工程材料的运用，它始终是一个非常经济且极高效的选择。</p>
